He is a solution expert in business process re-engineering, streamlining, and optimizing business processes to deliver efficiency, bottom-line benefit, and peak-performance. He has vast corporate and international experience in executive positions with:AARP, as a Sr. Advisor for Business Process Management,The Reznick Group, as a CIO,where he supported the firm’s strategic initiatives for business growth, efficiency, & effectiveness with the implementation of technologies for portability and accessibility of critical applications, and mobility of professionals. IBM as a Program Director in the CIO Organization, where he identified business process commonality among IBM’s 7 Business Divisions, and established end-to-end business processes and IT performance indicators. He reengineered key processes for IBM’s direct sales model; he facilitated business rule application; and chaired the Business Process Council (BPC). Xerox as the IT Director for Hong Kong, China, India, and Russia where he directed a $220M worldwide reengineering initiatives in support of Xerox restructuring. In addition, as part of Mayor Rudolph Giuliani’s effort to reengineer the public sector, Constantine managed the New York City restructuring project for the Department of Health for which he received the Xerox President’s Award for Extraordinary Services. Prior to Xerox, Constantine was Managing Consultant with James Martin Associates and IT Manager for Ernst & Young in numerous countries and in most continents, Constantine has accumulated extensive consulting experience in client development and project management.
He holds a Bachelor Degree in Economics and executive certificates in Management and Leadership from MIT – Sloane School of Business; in Corporate Strategy from the University of Chicago - Graduate School of Business; in Process Expertise & Process Mastery from Michael Hammer & Company; in Logistics and Distribution from the Georgia Institute of Technology.
Constantine is a speaker for the American Strategic Management Institute and the American Productivity & Quality Center. He is fluent in French and Greek and he has a working knowledge of Spanish.
