Dr. Little is with the Department of Homeland Security; she is a Program Management Analyst with the U.S. Customs and Border Protection and was previously a Social Science Analyst with the U.S. Citizenship and Immigration Services.
As Branch Chief and Team Lead she has in-depth knowledge of performance management and measurement, organizational strategic planning, and government relations.
Dr. Little is an expert on evaluation, research, and statistical analysis of public policies, initiatives, regulations, and programs focused on effectiveness and operational improvements.
Before, she worked in the private sector for nearly 10 years directing behavioral research and evaluations of federal policies and programs; and in academia for about 7 years conducting socio-cultural and health research among immigrants, racial and ethnic minorities, and families. Some of this work was done as a Post-doctoral Fellow.
Lisbeth earned her Ph.D. in Applied Social Psychology and Bachelor’s degree in Psychology. Born in Peru, she now lives in the Washington DC area enjoys traveling the world with her family and is an avid reader.
